We are looking for a self-motivated building structural engineer with 0-3 years of experience for a staff engineer position in our Lakeville, MA office. This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree, but a Master’s Degree is preferred. Candidate must have experience in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office. Experience in Ram Structural Systems, CSC Tedds Engineering Library, Staad Pro or other 3D Frame analysis programs is preferred.

The responsibilities of this position include performing structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience. Candidates will be required to produce plans as well as review shop drawings during construction progress.

Structural engineering candidates will be assigned to work on development projects of varying size and scope. Project types may include retail, multi-family residential, commercial, medical / institutional and mixed use. Candidates must be able to work well in a team and possess strong verbal and written communications skills.
